What I process and why
Contact form and email
Your name, email address, company (optional) and message. I use them to reply and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep messages as long as the conversation needs them and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
Booking a call
When you book an intro call, Calendly processes your name, email and the time you choose under its own privacy policy, and I receive the booking details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Cookies and measurement
Consent is managed by Cookiebot. Google Tag Manager loads measurement tools (Google Analytics; Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity, which can record how pages are used) and advertising tools (Google Ads remarketing, Meta Pixel) only after you agree (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The current list of cookies is in the cookie declaration.
Server logs
The hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, time, requested page) to run and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept for a limited time.
Who receives the data
The hosting and email providers of this website, Cookiebot (Denmark), and with your consent Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads), Meta, Hotjar and Microsoft. Calendly (USA) receives your details when you book a call. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it does so under the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
